Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition – SAFMC From March 18–22, 2025, the ERC Aeromodelling team took part in the prestigious Singapore Amazing Flying Machine Competition (SAFMC), organized by DSO National Laboratories and Science Centre Singapore. We competed in two categories: D1 Man-Machine: designing a drone controlled by a wearable device to complete pick-and-drop missions while navigating obstacles. D2 Multimachine: designing two drones that work together to transport multiple payloads in an indoor setting. The journey wasn’t easy. From perfecting wearable system control to developing seamless drone collaboration strategies, we faced countless trials, setbacks, and revisions. But with resilience and teamwork, we pushed through every obstacle. Their hard work culminated in remarkable achievements:🏆 Team E-Wasp achieved 4th place in the D1 category🏆 Team Ambrasena secured 3rd place in the D2 category These accomplishments are a testament to the team’s resilience, creativity, and unwavering spirit.
